We have a capable and well-equipped team that not only manages production but also contributes innovative, cost-effective ideas to improve our operations. Our staff comes from diverse backgrounds, and many have international experience beyond Võru or Estonia. Over 40% of Werroform’s production team has studied at vocational schools, especially at Ewers in Võru, and they apply that knowledge daily. Their education empowers them to take on more responsibility—something we actively encourage.

In 2025, we’ve focused on refining our existing products and enhancing earlier solutions, all aimed at healthier, more sustainable living. Education across the team has been essential in researching and developing new ideas.  We've streamlined our processes, enriched our product portfolio, and launched Werrocube—an energy solution tailored for efficient heating and cooling in today's changing climate and resource landscape.
